Candidates who are keen to secure admission should submit the application form within the stipulated time along with attested photocopies of following certificates:

1. 10^th Mark sheet

2. 12^th Mark sheet

3. Degree Mark sheet for admission to M.F.A.

4. Aadhar Card

5. Passport size photo

6. Leaving Certificate (Original)

7. If there is any change in name then certificate to that effect

8. Physically challenged certificate from Civil Surgeon for facilities
